Rooms are assigned from 2.00 pm onwards on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

Children are granted a discount of 50% from age 3 to age 6, 30% from 6 to 10 and 20% from 10 to 14. Children under age 3 stay free of charge.
Children are eligible for reductions only if they share a room with two people paying the full rate.
Children under age 3 accompanying HB or FB guests will be charged directly in the restaurant for any meals taken.

Rates are quoted inclusive of service and 10% VAT.
Beach facilities are not included in the room rate.
Drinks must be paid for on the spot.

A confirmatory deposit amounting to 30% of the overall sum is required upon acceptance of every booking.
In the event of late cancellation* or no-show, LUNA BLU Sas reserves the right to retain the sum received by way of compensation.
Changes may be made at the management’s discretion.

Cheques drawn on current accounts are not accepted in payment, but the main credit cards are accepted

Animals are welcome in the hotel area, with the exception of the restaurant and beach. Surcharge: € 5.00 per day.

The HOTEL BAIA DEL SORRISO’s liability vis-à-vis the customer for damages or theft is governed by Italian law.
The management declines all liability for belongings and valuables left unattended in the rooms and/or the communal areas.
